After finishing a master in agroforestry in Laval University in 2004, Arthur Perin has developed an expertise in the field of international natural resources management. He worked as a technical assistant, in Niger, promoting negotiations around resources access, and supported the forestry services in Amazonian Bolivia. From 2009 to 2011, he worked on the field as a program coordinator in agroforestry and local development in Mali. He joins the BDA team in January 2012.
